Return Policy - Order Cancellation Policy
All returns must be made within 10 days upon delivery and packaging must be unopened and in tact.
Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason; however, you, the customer, are responsible for returning the product in its original, sealed packaging, and for paying all shipping costs. As we sell consumable items, we are unable to accept returns of opened product. All returns must be received by Top Dog Chews within three weeks of notification of a return.
If you would like to process a return, please contact us via email at info@topdogchews.com to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.
Refunds accepted within 10 days of receipt and product must not be used. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please include your RMA number on with your return. Please mail your package in a pre paid, insured and traceable method to:
